The City of Minneapolis adopted a Strategic Racial Equity Action Plan (SREAP) that identifies operational and policy priorities to advance racial equity. Seven policy areas are priorities for SREAP, including public safety, housing, and economic development. The City used an equity impact statement to review proposals for ARPA funds and proposals were reviewed by the City’s division of Race and Equity to ensure alignment with the SREAP.
